PewBeat Wiki
Every system in the game, documented from the shipped build. Your ship never moves — it sits in an 800×800 arena and auto-fires at whatever crawls, orbits or dives at it. You spend the gold those kills drop on upgrades, gamble on roguelite band buffs every five waves, tap collectible balls on the beat of the music, and try to reach wave 100 before something explodes on your hull.
New to the game? Start on the PewBeat home page for what it is and where to play it.
Read Getting Started for your first run, then Upgrades for what to spend gold on. If you are already deep in and just want numbers, jump to the boss chart, enemy HP chart or every formula in one table.
The loop in one paragraph
Pick a planet and a ship in the Room, then survive. Enemies spawn in waves; clearing the arena advances the wave. Every kill pays gold, which buys permanent upgrades from the Upgrade menu (open it any time with Tab). Every fifth wave is a boss. From wave 6 on, each new five-wave band opens a three-way vote on a stacking buff that may help you, hurt you, or both. From wave 5 on, collecting things on the beat of the music builds a combo that pays out gold balls. Die and you get a ten-second revive window; clear wave 100 and you get the “Thank You” screen and a new ship.
