Your ship

Reinforcement Clone

A temporary ally you summon mid-run. Any ship can use one once it is unlocked — this is not the Gemini class ability.

The three clones

Each is unlocked once in the Shop for a flat 300,000 gold. You can equip only one at a time, chosen per ship in the Loadout — and only the equipped one’s button appears in game.

CloneBehaviourOutput
Gemini CloneFlies to the nearest enemy, locks on and orbits it.Fires bullets at your full Stronger-Bullets damage.
Tesla CloneSame approach and orbit.Every second fires chain lightning bouncing through up to 5 enemies.
Healer CloneNever chases anything — it orbits you.Heals 5 HP every 5 seconds, plus a prorated top-up for the partial final interval when it expires. It never revives a dead player.
Full strength, not scaled

A Reinforcement Clone deals your full Stronger-Bullets damage regardless of whether you own or have levelled the Gemini class. Its damage does not scale with a class level — only with your bullet upgrades and active buffs.

Summon rules

RuleValue
Unlock cost300,000 gold, flat, once per clone
Summon costwave × 100 gold, from your own wallet — or free while a Reinforcement Pass is running
Durationwave seconds — 10 s at wave 10, 60 s at wave 60
AvailabilityWave 7 and up
FrequencyOnce per wave, and never while a clone is still alive
Hidden whenA clone is already out, you have summoned this wave, no clone is equipped, you are dead, or a vote or revive window is open

Because both the cost and the duration scale with the wave number, the clone is always proportionally the same investment — but a longer wave means the same gold buys more clone.

A pass makes summons free

While a Reinforcement Pass is active the summon cost drops to zero and the button shows a green Free instead of the coin and amount. The once-per-wave gate still applies — a pass makes the clone cheap, not unlimited.

The button

  • A circular button showing the equipped clone’s ship art — bottom-left on desktop, left of the upgrade bar on Android portrait. On mobile portrait it draws twice the size, tap region included; desktop keeps the original size.
  • Hold it for one second to summon. A cyan arc fills clockwise while you hold, so an accidental tap can’t spend your gold.
  • While a clone is out the button hides entirely, and the remaining lifetime shows instead as a countdown square in the top-right buff stack — the clone’s ship art on a cyan duration border, ticking down in seconds. The clone itself still wears a matching glow, green when fresh and yellow as it runs out.
  • It stays hidden once you have summoned this wave, and comes back next wave. So the button being on screen is now the whole answer to whether you can summon — there is no Used state to read.
  • The status line reads Need Gold when you cannot afford it.
  • A ball rendered over the button is collected instead — same tap priority as everything else.
  • The first time the button becomes usable in a run, a one-off “Reinforcement Clone available” toast announces it. Once per run, so it will not keep interrupting you.

In co-op

Summoning is entirely per-player: your own gold, your own once-per-wave gate, your own clone. Teammates see your clone with the correct ship art and a matching duration glow. A Healer Clone heals only its owner, exactly like the Healer class.
